I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor
I want to understand your culture and what’s important to you. Whether it’s balancing family expectations, honouring traditions, or navigating the pressures of community and personal life, I am here to listen and support you without judgment. I also speak Punjabi and English, which can make it easier to express yourself in the most natural way I’m passionate about helping people feel empowered to discover who they truly are and the strengths they already have within them. Sometimes, we get stuck in old patterns or ways of thinking that no longer fit who we are today. The first step toward change is courageously reaching out and asking for help.
I’m here to listen — listen. Together, we can talk about what’s on your mind, explore what’s holding you back, and look at new ways to help you move forward. This is your space where you will be heard, feel safe, and know that everything you share is confidential.

I’m also trained in a variety of methods, like Somatic EMDR, hypnotherapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), so we can find the right tools that work best for you.
