Why Choose Counselling Therapy

Life gets hard and overwhelming sometimes. We could encounter much emotional stress and challenges. Counselling provides a platform for people to be understood, heard and supported in a way that is not just unconditionally accepting but also empowering. Therapy can not just help improve symptoms of many mental health conditions. Research shows the benefits of therapy last longer than medication alone. Therapy teaches people skills to address the underlying issue that is at the root cause, enabling one to gain insights. In counselling, the counsellor and the client usually establish a stable and long-term counselling relationship, focusing on exploring growth and support towards a positive transformation.

How much do we charge?
  • $100 online individual counselling (1 hour)
  • $100 in-person for individual counselling (1 hour)
  • $150 couples counselling (90 minutes in person or online)

We offer a sliding scale to seniors, students and low income individuals. Please contact for more information.

What are the available platforms through which the counselling services are available

Face-to-face, Phone, Video counselling.

What is the cancellation policy?
We ask 24 hours notice to change or cancel a session. We appreciate and expect clients to arrive on time. We also understand sometimes there are emergency situation happens so we provide one grace in every six months in dealing with unexpected situation.

E-transfer, Cash , Major Credit Cards
